2026 – 2027 Humanities Fellows

Congratulations to the 2026 -2027 UConn Faculty Fellows!

This includes Daniel Adler (“Becoming Human: Neanderthal-Modern Human Interactions and Interconnectedness”), Josh Mayer (“Territory as Freedom: Building an Afro-Indigenous Future in Nicaragua”), and Camilo Ruiz (“Participation and the Politics of Knowledge: A Collection of Multimodal Participatory Action Research Projects in Colombia and the United States”).

UConn Humanities Fellows are opportunities for individual to pursue advanced work in the humanities. Visiting Humanities Scholars, UConn Humanities Scholars, and UConn Graduate Humanities Fellowships are year-long and allow for time and space to research, write, and collaborate on work that extends and celebrates humanities scholarship.
